It Started with a Family of Five
I’m Helen Millman-Wood. I didn’t set out to invent a stroller. I set out to stop dropping things.
If you’ve done the airport shuffle, you know it: stroller in one hand, diaper bag sliding off your shoulder, a toddler on your hip, and a boarding call you’re about to miss. After years of traveling with my family, I found myself constantly trying to figure out what to carry, what to leave behind, and how to keep my hands free for the people who mattered most.
I wanted a stroller that made traveling with children feel less complicated. So I built one.
Bonisimo Baby was born from that simple idea. A lightweight stroller that could carry what parents actually need, fold down into a backpack when your hands are full, and make it easier to move through airports, new cities, and everyday adventures together.
More Than a Stroller
Bonisimo Baby was born from that idea: a lightweight, all-in-one stroller designed to make traveling with little ones easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
As a mother of three boys, I know how quickly childhood moves. My creative work as an author has also always been rooted in family, love, and the belief that even the smallest moments can hold meaning. Those experiences have shaped how I see the world and what I wanted Bonisimo to become.
Because ultimately, Bonisimo is about more than a stroller. It's about giving families more freedom to explore, be present, and make memories together.
When parents feel at ease, the whole trip feels lighter.
That's the feeling I wanted to create for families everywhere.
The name Bonisimo comes from that idea: better than good.
Because traveling with little ones shouldn't simply be something we tolerate. It can be something we genuinely enjoy.
